PUMP DESCRIPTION


A more economical approach to develop high pressures with a single centrifugal pump is to include multiple impellers on a common shaft within the same pump casing. Internal channels in the pump casing route the discharge of one impeller to the suction of another impeller. The pump consists of a base and a pump head, and a chamber stack. Stay-bolts secured the outer sleeves between the pump head and the base. The base has suction and discharge ports on the same level (in-line), mostly used in Water Treatment, Filtration Plants, RO Systems, Boilers, LPG, Fuel, Hydrocarbon and High Head applications in Mining.

Multi stage centrifugal pump is reliable and service-friendly, space-saving, suitable for slightly aggressive liquids energy efficient.

Multistage pump with cast iron or stainless steel parts which be driven by a standard TEFC motor, discharge and suction in the same line.

Single phase motor up to 2.2kw, class F and IP55 are standard.

Standard supply for liquid temperature up to 120 degree c, high temperature pump are available on request.

Mechanical seal is tungsten carbide/graphite, other material is available on request

The inlet-outlet connections and pump head are in cast iron or stainless steel and the rest of the parts are in fabricated stainless steel.

Pumps are available in cast iron SS 304 or SS 316
